Here at Warriors: Ghosts of the Forest, we are mostly focused on the content of your bios rather than the perfection, as other sites are. If there are some mistakes with grammar and spelling, we won't freak out 
.
Here's the form you can use. You may deviate from it, but don't remove any of the required fields.
Here is what to include in each section:
Other Accounts: Self-explantory.
Name: Self-explanatory.
Age (in moons): A moon is the same as a month. Self-explantory.
Clan: Self-explanatory.
Rank: Pick a rank that is OPEN.
Gender: Duh.... Male or female.
Appearance: At least 5 sentences on the character's appearance. Consider scars, eye color, claws, teeth, whiskers, body size, tail length, etc. We should be able to picture your cat with your description.
Personality: At least 5 sentences on the character's personality. Consider how s/he acts around others, mental weaknesses, etc. Proud or not? Flirty? Confident? Needs to seem realistic. Nobody's perfect, don't make your cat perfect.
History: Give history as a kit and apprentice. Did they get into trouble a lot? Name some adventures they had
