Other Accounts: None [Silverthorn and Coldfoot as of February 17th]
Name: Graypaw
Age (in moons): 7 moons
Clan: WindClan
Rank: Medicine Cat Apprentice
Gender: She-cat
Appearance: Graypaw is a small she-cat--barely bigger than a four moon-old kit. She has a white base pelt--very clean and almost bleach white in it's color. Along her back, she has a few gray spots, one of which goes down to her flank, to her foot. The rest of her paws are white. Her tail is gray, as well. She has stunning emerald eyes that startle everyone. Her muzzle is gray, which starts from the back of her neck. She has a black nose and a light gray chest, which the color ends around her forearms' elbows. Her muzzle wasn't too wide or too long. Her tail stretched to an average length for her size.
Personality: Graypaw is very peculiar in her personality. She's young, so it's still developing, but she's at an age in which she's very impressionable. She's going through an independence phase, as well. When she is shrouded by many cats, she is very soft spoken, but around her clan and her mentor, she talks a lot. Some days, she talks more often than she blinks, others, she lets her actions speak for her. She doesn't have much resentment in her and is able to see the good in cats that have done wrong--while pointing out their flaws. She harnesses an uncanny knack for being able to tell how someone sees themselves or another, and will not hesitate to state whether they're wrong. She believes in tough punishment and the warrior code, but will go against it without a second thought if she "sees" a sign from StarClan. She has an over-active imagination and will pretend many things for her enjoyment. Although it's easy for cats she's close to tell whether she's messing around, she can be quite believable. If anything goes too far, she will risk her life to stop it. She is warm-hearted to the cats she loves and will do anything to protect them, whether it means actually fighting in a battle or telling a small lie. She can be distant from her work, but will focus when she's needed. She is immature, but mature all at the same time. She never lets her size bother her--ever. She enjoys it, actually, for she can maneuver through tight tunnels and small places unharmed. Plus, she doesn't take up too much space in the medicine cat den.
History: She was born as a small kit in WindClan, and was believed that she was going to die soon from white cough. She was close to dying, but she ended up living (she claims that a StarClan warrior blessed her). She was healthy for moons to come, playing often with her siblings (who died soon after their apprenticeships from drowning in the lake) but getting hurt easily for her small size and fragile body. She would often sit out and watch them play. She was offered a few times to help in the medicine den, but she rudely turned it down, claiming that she didn't to be some useless medicine cat. Then, one day she came down with a severe case of green cough, and everyone in the clan believed her to die, but the medicine cat kept working on her, trying to cure her. Graypaw could swear she was walking to StarClan when she woke up and saw Moonjade watching her. She was four moons then, and since, she wanted to be a medicine cat, to have the satisfaction of saving young kits and warriors from death. She often helped out in the medicine den, forcing herself to remember the herbs and what they did. She never watched the apprentices with envy anymore, but instead was a little envious of Moonjade. She got to save lives and speak to StarClan. Graykit knew then that she wanted to be her apprentice and no one else's. For the life of a medicine cat was extraordinary. Every once in a while, though, she would sneak out of camp and gather herbs for Moonjade when she needed some. She got lost once and was brought back to camp unharmed--and with a mouthful of yarrow. Her siblings often saw her insane to not want the life of a warrior, but Graykit didn't care. To her, being a medicine cat was the best thing in the world.
