Yuki flinched at the word "rogue." Without saying anything, obviously, he turned and darted away, but slowed for a bit once he was out of sight. He had almost felt engaged in the conversation, something that had never been felt before. He felt as though the other tom was listening to him, and yet waiting for an answer that would never come. The strange, foreign tom had been friendly. No, more then that, he had laughed. Even if it wasn't a true laugh, it was more then the usual, hatred-filled expressions that were caught in his gaze.
What was it that Yuki wanted? Acceptance? This was like what he felt when the she-cat had showed him around the GhostClan camp. He felt as a part of something huge, as a single membrane that held the universe together, but on a smaller scale. At that moment, he realized that this was what every Clan cat was. And yet they fought for the wrong cause. They fought for their own narcissistic desires, while GhostClan was fighting for all of the cats with no homes due to the Clan cats. That was what he wanted: A noble cause to keep him going.

Ghost bounded after the strange cat. "Hey! Where ya going!" Ghost called out, catching up to him. "Why are you running? Did I say something wrong?" He looked at the cat. "Sorry if I did." Ghost sped up a bit, then slowed down to his pace. "Feels good today, I like the cold, honestly. Call me weird but..." Ghost laughed. Ghostkit knew all of the scents of all of the clans but this cat's scent didn't match any of them. When he suggested he was rogue, Ghost was only half-kidding. Perhaps this cat was a spy? Nah. He was too....I dunno. Skiddish? Eh. It was iffy. ((Sorry, cannot write more, going to the Oregon Coast! ))

Yuki unsheathed his claws, more then ready to attack, as the young tom approached him again. He did not want to engage with the Clan cats. He had simply come to observe. The tom parted his jaws slightly, as if to hiss, and backed away quickly. Though his claws were exposed and his fangs were showing, the pale gray tom didn't look very frightening. His eyes were like two green, glistening pools of fear, and Yuki's thin legs were trembling a bit. No Clan cat could be so afraid of another Clan cat, especially at Fourtrees.
Yuki closed his mouth quickly, and darted off in the direction of his territory. At first, he was worried that the tom would follow. But, the agile cat decided that he was probably a bit faster, due to his thinner frame, and could probably outrun the more muscular tom. Besides, Yuki had been observing the Clan cats long enough to know that most of them wouldn't dare leave their territories, though it was quite the contrary for himself.
