"I suppose asking for an early ceremony wouldn't hurt." He adverted his eyes. Talking to the Leader? He had not done that, ever. He, however, had been confronted by Spellstar when he was brought back to the camp by Seekwing. Though he didn't talk, the cat leader had looked down upon him. He was just a few days old, a week tops! And she was talking down to him, a near-death kit that obviously had the features of a RiverClanner, ergo was a RiverClanner.
Ghost growled in response to the memory. He hated Spellstar, that bitch of a cat had made the clan think he was some evil little treasonist! He would show them treason when he was a leader with nine lives. 'Ghoststar.' he thought silently. He wanted to show he was not weak like that pethetic excuse for a Leader was. He wished he was a little older, just maybe six or seven moons older, much into apprenticehood and on his way to being a Warrior. Then he would strike.
"If you apprentice me, how long until Warrior status?" Ghost walked over to Shockwave, seemingly to rub his fur against his, a sign of affection toward a parent-like being. But it was a mask. "I have some plans for when I get older, Shock." he quickly whispered to the Warrior. Hopefully, he would gain Shockwave's approval.
His plan might include killing Shockwave, but sacrafices had to be made. Ghost turned around and sat a few mice-lengths away from Shockwave. Maybe he didn't have to...he was a well respected Warrior and being his apprentice would surely increase his stature on the social ladder of the Clan. And he might even want to join his plan, which he had reserved a spot for anyone that decided to be a co-conspiritor. Somehow, he could tell Shockwave had something off about him, something... He thought for a moment. Something like a mask, like his perky and happy-go-lucky persoality was fake. He couldn't be for sure, and likely, he was wrong. Failure is not an option.
He must be careful.
